    $ gvfs-open "http://foo.com/bar%2Fqux";
    gvfs-open: http://foo.com/bar%2Fqux: error opening location: Operation not 
supported
    $ gnome-open "http://foo.com/bar%2Fqux";
    Error showing url: Operation not supported
