If I apply the steps described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/djvulibre/+bug/68766/comments/4 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/djvulibre/+bug/68766/comments/6 then the plugin works but only from the root account. How to make it working from a normal account? Regards JSB

Can confirm this under Gutsy Gibbon. Works only after linking nsdejavu.so from mozilla-firefox/plugins to firefox/plugins, as described above. Is anybody still watching this? ** Changed in: djvulibre (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- Djvulibre Plugin https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/687

I had to do: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins/nsdejavu.so /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/nsdejavu.so i my gutsy install. I think it is installing the plugin in totally the wrong place, as nsdejavu.so was the only plugin in /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins/ -- Djvulibre Plugin https://bugs

I also have the same problem on edgy. After installing djvulibre-plugin from the Synaptic package manager, the djvu stand-alone viewer is installed, but there is no djvu-plugin installed in Firefox -- Djvulibre Plugin https://launchpad.net/bugs/68766 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@list
