I tried to boot with linux-image-2.6.37-12-virtual. Virtual machine
doesn't boot with this kernel as well and falls in busybox.
It seems that initrd doesn't contain the drivers for (S)ATA disks.

Jeremy: kernel series is not unknown but is linux-
image-2.6.35-23-virtual.
I can try to run with the -virtual kernel from Natty.
