I'm using apt 0.8.14.1ubuntu2 and it's fixed now. apt depends on gnupg
which depends on gpgv.

I confirm this bug. In Debian, we depend on gnupg, we should at least
recommend gpgv here.

work fine without gpgv.

If I make "apt-get update" apt can't make a verification on my system
and it will stop the download of the list and keep the old version. So
apt can't work without gpgv correctly if a mirror needs it. I'm using
apt 0.8.10ubuntu1.

I believe it should be a recommends, not a requirement. After all apt
will work fine with an unsigned repo. What do you think?
