I added the upstream bug that aucg filed, for Launchpad to track;
thanks.
But I also think that changes in Firefox will take care of this fairly
soon. I think the plan is that Downloads will be shown in a tab, not a
window. And that won't be opened by default, there will be some kind of
less-int
