I know Chuck Huber reported something like this in bug report #63108.
I'm not a complete wizard at this, but there is a patch on that bug
report which *I think* is a fix for this problem?

They have not been changed since they were included in late Dapper.
Somebody needs to investigate and see what's going wrong.
