You should ask Ubuntu to package the o2scr driver or wait until Debian
has a package.
Someone proposed to package the driver for Debian (ITP #485516
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=485516) but the package
is not yet in Debian.
