i'm sorry , it's my misunderstanding.
It is because I had given cups the file of postscript 2.0.
then, i modified /usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf(attach diff) and solved.

can't print A5 pager correctly.even if the size of the form is set by
the web interface, it is output by the A4 size.
maybe,this problem is upstream bug, and it fixed with cups-1.4.4.
