It turns out that kwin doesn't respond properly to SIGTERM. This is
fixed in Feisty by having oem-config-dm send the window manager SIGKILL
if it doesn't respond to SIGTERM within a second.

I had already moved on to testing other install modes and don't have the
oem-config.log. :( And on re-test, I don't experience the problem.

that before RC.
