I can confirm this bug. I'm also running xinerama and the binary nvidia
drivers. Running glxinfo through gdb produces the following output:
(gdb) run

Please take this report with a grain of salt...
I installed the legacy nvidia drivers, not the normal package. Once I
changed to the normal package everything was fine.

I'm running Edgy with the latest upgrades installed. I just added an old
nVidia geForce 5200 fx PCI w/ dual vga and setup for xinerama without
twinview.
