I don't think so. How do I find out?
I don't get any errors or warnings whenever I install, remove, or update
with apt-get so I'm assuming that means everything is OK

I don't think quickly needs to explicitly depend on fakeroot because
quickly doesn't do the building itself. Since quickly depends on python-
distutils-extra, p-d-e should depend on fakeroot.
