libopensync-plugin-syncml cannot be downgraded, as current libsyncml
does not work with it, so I am afraid it will have to be removed
libopensync-plugin-xmlformat and libopensync-plugin-vformat are shipped
as part of opensync in 0.22, so they can be removed in this case.

the alternative would be to downgrade to opensync to (< 0.30), and then
rebuild/downgrade the following packages too:

libopensync-plugin-syncml
libopensync-plugin-file
libopensync-plugin-evolution2
libopensync-plugin-xmlformat
