Same problem. Using XP SP3 Wubi and 10.10. Tried twice. Log appended.

Without an explanation as to why this marked, remarking as 'new'.
I have experienced this error (Error 22) when wubi has finished copying
the files but not completed setup of the boot environment.
Thus leaving the user without a working install when done via wubi.
