no theme ever comes with no tooltips. the problem is a result of changes

Bugs, which
that make me think those invisible buttons that come up are using the
same mechanism as tooltips.

I just confirmed that this really seems to be caused by the disabling of
tooltips in the .gtkrc-2.0. When I re-enable them, Gwibber works as it
should again.
