I tried this again on 11.04.
No crash on auth anymore, but unfortunately only the Favorites folder shows up
in my account with MAPI.
GAL works though.

I tried that for my setup to no avail.
I do have some different library versions, but in general I cannot authenticate.

Try to set Exchange server as IP address, it is mentioned somwhere in
other bug from list as a workaround, and it was working for me.
