Followed up w/ this and it is now beyond where I can troubleshoot it.
Someone else needs to pickup on this as it might be a problem between
Gnome and QT?

I just tried with the latest speedcrunch version available on Edgy
repositories : I get the same result. It's probably linked to the Qt
dependencies, since I'm running Gnome. But that's still strange since it
worked with Gnome under Dapper...

Hello,
I am running Edgy and SpeedCrunch on my system does not look like the
screenshot uploaded, I will be uploading that next.
I am wondering if maybe there was an update that fixed the problem. Could you
please make sure your system is up to date w/ the latest Edgy and then update
this bug
