after a few pulseaudio updates it seems working (only a couple of times
pulseaudio stop working but i havent pinpoint the cause).
pd: i didnt know that launchpad dont have autoclosing of bug after a
while, i read that later and forgot to close the bug. Sorry for the
problems.

You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in
it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Did
reinstalling the equaliser fix the problem?
