Here's a patch that fixes tabs so that they use the native GTK style and
also adds some menu icons. I borrowed the stylesheets from Garrett
LeSage at http://primates.ximian.com/~glesage/firefox/

This is the intended behaviour for now. The themes actually inherit all
of their data from the Firefox main theme which has switched to totally
incompatible widgets styles and tabs. The old themes kind of worked, but
a lot of CSS has changed from 1.5 to 2.0 which makes it hard to strike a
balance b
