workaround. Add the option "reboot=a" in the kernel options for grub.
Edit the /etc/default/grub and add the option in the var
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT

Because the Ubuntu folk rarely actually fix bugs. Generally they wait a
year or so and then post an automated message saying "does it still
happen" then just go around expiring things. I've yet to see the point
of actually reporting bugs since I have never encountered one that was
actually fixed
Why is this bug set to expire in two days? The requested testing has
been performed. The ball is in Ubuntu's court now. If something

I have the same motherboard and had no issues till the other day when I
upgraded my dual boot Windows from XP to 64 bit 7.
