I think there is a confusion. Cohoba is an applet and thus installs no
icon in the gnome-panel's menu. Only in the 'Add applet' dialog.

For the short term running sudo gtk-update-icon-cache
/usr/share/icons/hicolor should help.

Thanks for the bug. This is cause by not calling dh_iconcache - I need
to figure out why this doesn't happen.
