HP Folio13 and do not have that issue at all. I can therefore not test
if it would work on the Acer.
Best regards,

Ralph Wabel, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com

interesting, but I cannot install that package
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-backports-modules-alsa-maverick-generic : Depends:
linux-backports-modules-alsa-2.6.35-23-generic but it is not installable
E: Broken packages
This package linux-backports-modules-alsa-2.6.35-23
By the way, I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 Netbook edition with a Realtek ALC269
soundcard.

Package Manager. The sound recording works perfectly! Yet I did not
try to use Skype conversation. If anybody knows, please let me know ;)
