move alsa-base and alsa-utils to desktop-common, as they are no longer needed
in minimal now that we have a single-stage installer (LP: #61617)

I confirming this bug too - because really nobody needs alsa-* packages
on his server!
(Our server hosting room is loud enough *g* No, I think it should be
obvious why they are not needed in a server install.)

Now that Ubuntu use recommands for its meta-package, it should be a good
idea to move this packages dependancies in Recommands.
Now, alsa stuff is a -minimal dependance, maybe a -standard Recommands
would be good. For memory, the "server" installation install -minimal
and -standard.
