kernel and ram drive) and an NFS Share for the Root File system (live
disk image) This method works with older versions of ubuntu that i have

by adding ignore_uuid after boot=casper i was able to get as far as
busybox.
however it doesn't seem to be initialising the network, but this can be
done manually.
