M i finally see what is happening:
The first opened nautilus window is appearing at workspace 2 while i'm
at workspace 1.
It's a bug clear and simple.

A "nautilus ." on a console configurated to open automatically at login is
enough to reproduce (but any opened folder does it).
On re-login it happens again.

I guess it mounts the partition lazily so that won't take time at
startup. And thus first the mount of that certain partition is
created...but forgets to open the viewer...:) (my noobish explanation
found of this behavior)
