Create a file in a directory called "/etc/dhcp3/gadmin-dhcpd" called
"settings.conf", and put the following contents in it.
dhcpd_conf: /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf
lease_file: /var/lib/dhcp3/dhcpd.leases
Worked for me.
