Hello, this bug is reported in LTS and not in development version and I
use LTS now.
I do see notification screen to save and then that notification screen
is gone when clicked, but main mousepad window stays (I see now that now
it closes after some time but that time is mesured in a sew minutes,

Maverick Meerkat, the development version.
Do you get the notification screen, asking to discard, save, or close without
saving?
Please attach your ~/.xsession-errors file as a plain text file after
reproducing this issue.
