This is normal behavior, because when you use synaptic as root ( via sudo or otherwise ) it uses the graphical settings from root's home directory instead of the ones from your home directory. Since this is normal behavior i am invalidating this bug. ** Changed in: gtk2-engines-qtcurve (Ubuntu)
