windows-el is not a utility to run Windows programs. As said above,
Wine may be used for that purpose.

Seriously, if you want to run Windows program, you should install Wine.
To maximize compatibility, you can install the latest version by entering these
commands in a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install
