Interesting. The original problem I had on this was Anjuta would not
parse the symbols in jack. I asked on that list about what I needed to
do and it became evident that Anjuta uses pkg-config to locate headers
to locate the headers to parse symbols, and it throws an error if there
is no output f
pkg-config does not output "-I" for directories that are already in
the include search path
