You need to put the link between brackets to have mimms work properly.
so instead of
mimms

kiosque.wmv
use
mimms
"mms://a1197.v18792.c1879.g.vm.akamaistream.net/7/1

If it is a bug of libmms, you shouldn't mark it as Won't Fix.
You should report it to the upstream project and mark it here, or simply leave
it as someone like me will do that.

Thanks for helping make libmms better! I've found myself unable to give
libmms the love and care it needs, so I've passed maintainership over to
Hans de Goede who has chosen to maintain the project on SourceForge
