The scan file also seems to be fixed in dvb-apps (1.1.1+rev1483-2) in
Ubuntu 13.10.

Does anybody even read these bug reports???
The package linuxtv-dvb-apps has 23 "New" and "Undecided" bugs - many
concerning obsolete DVB channel data. The upstream data for this
particular bug was solved in 2010
