There is this problem when start, restart and shut down the OS.

I have seen the same problem on my workstation. Don't know whether it is
/ will be recurring.
I get "killall5: omit pid buffer size 16 exceeded!" in vt1 and there is
nothing but a hard reset (SysRq+B) to get life into the workstation
