I read through https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs and asked
on FreeNode #ubuntu as I did not know what package to assign it to. I
tried searching "User Settings" suchlike to find a package but in the
end thought it best to report it this way.
As a suggestion, I think the paragraph wit
** Attachment added: "This is what the User Settings dialog looks like, note
that warning "This account is disabled" - possibly because no password has been
set?"
