+ Save button -> Keep Current Format button

Chris, pls see attached, same file saved in odp and ppt formats. odp
opens with footer text from master slide correctly formatted, ppt doesn't.

Possible .ppt file problem only - if .ppt file is opened and modified
and saved as .odp, all seems to be OK.

Impress master slide footer font is Times New Roman 24pt, in a file
opened that previously had Arial 16pt configured. Modifying font
style/size of footer on master slide works until file is closed. When
reopened, footer font is reset to Tim
