2. Press Home
3. Select "Applications" on the left
4. Select "Development" on the left (subnode to "Applications")
5. Browse until you see "GTK-Doc Manual"
6. Click on it

do you open it? Could you describe the item label or from where you open
it?

The omf file seems to be the problem:
if contains »file:/gtk-doc-manual.xml« while eg. gtk contains
»/usr/share/doc/libgtk2.0-doc/gtk/index.html«
