on Ubuntu Natty, Banshee does not detect avahi published daap servers,
the only way I have to get the share working is to manually insert the

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a
duplicate of bug 498697, so it is being marked as such. Please look at
I have a bit of a feeling that this was caused by my ISP (!) resolving
non-resolvable DNS names to their stupid search page. Once I opted out
of that behaviour, auto-detecting DAAP shares started working. Still,
auto-detection of local resources should not be dependant on external
services like the
