Marking this 'Confirmed'. I've now seen this on my local hardware,
using UEC image 20100416 amd64 (kernel 2.6.32-21-server). It seems
extremely less common here than for Carlos, though. I ran over 700
instances today and have seen it one time (currently i'm at 176 runs of
4 instances each in a l
