Sebastien, I was able to reproduce this just like Andree said. After
copying several large files, Nautilus keeps writing them in background
and displays the reported message when the user tries to eject, long
after the progress dialog has closed:
$ while true; do date; df -m /media/ariel/Samsung\
To reproduce, try to load an external drive with plenty of stuff. I had
the error with around 130 GB stuff each of the sizes 13 - 15 GB. Put the
stuff in the Rubbish Bin and ask to delete it. Go to a folder in the
external drive and look in the bottom, where the free space is show in
figures. Updat
