But the solution of unplug and plug the AC cable it's not working for me.
I need to restart de computer to solve it, so basically I cannot use the
"suspend"

I confirm this on Ubuntu 10.04
To me it does not happen 100% of the times, but pretty often.
As a workaround I unplug and plug the AC cable, it always works.
There are A LOT of issues with very similar descriptions, probably
duplicates.
