Ubuntu One: All files do not sync without restart

I turned ubuntu one on this morning at work and lots of files started to
download. It looks like one of the computers is correctly syncing now,
at least for download.
I will try upload syncing after my downloads finish. If a fix has been
deployed, I could have missed it over the last week since I
I connected via Comcast rather than through the network at work. All
files synced quickly and completely. However, this doesn't explain why
some files sync at work and other do not.
Could this be a dup of 475643?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Ubuntu One install. I dont see
anything in the logs that were automatically attached. If you would like to
help us further debug the problem that would greatly be appreciated.
