I am a newbie and nUboon2Age was very helpful in getting me online after 6
weeks of frustration.
He posted this bug report on my behalf and I appreciate it.
This is not an expired or invalid bug.
I purchased a new laptop a couple of months ago and tried more than a dozed
"fixes"

Please do not reopen expired or Invalid bugs. If you are affected by an
issue, please report a new bug. please also do not open bugs on behalf of
others on the forums, they have the option to open their own.
