A quickly hacked together db upgrade script based on cnid_maint, goes
through each defined share and updates *.db in .Apple_DB
No verification, and it might lose data if the database was in a bad
state before the upgrade.

filename/dirname <-> CNID mapping is stored. Delete it, every file/dir will be
assigned a new and different CNID, such that a) Aliases will loose their
