I believe we have newer bitbakes in the latest Ubuntu version which
fixes your original issue; if you have the new issue you mention with
the new bitbake, please report it separately

I got below message after bitbaking an image. is it same as above question? If
yes please tell me how to install newer version of bitbake when one is already
installed.

This is fixed in newer bitbake versions (we're currently at 1.8.18)
