I got them from the normal repositories, I don't use any other repositories.
I finally solved it by completely removing monodevelop and then running:
apt-get install mono
apt-get install mono-develop
I think mono-develop needs something that comes with mono.

This sounds like it's caused by a 3rd party repository. Where did you
get mono and monodevelop from? What's the output of "apt-cache policy
monodevelop mono-jit"?
