I am going to go ahead and close this report for two reasons. One I
couldn't reproduce it on multiple machines (Dapper, Edgy and Feisty),
and two no response was recorded to last question in 9 days. If you feel
that this is a valid issue and you are still having problems, then

I just tried it out in Kubuntu 6.10 and it opened and ran fine. Is there
anything special I should try in order to cause it to crash?
