Very similar (but not identical) error, solved the same way:
[DEBUG 22:10:45.810] Namespace: Tomboy
[DEBUG 22:10:45.813]Enabled: True
[DEBUG 22:10:45.815] File: /usr/lib/tomboy/addins/Evolution.dll
[DEBUG 22:10:45.856] AddinManager.OnAddinLoaded: Tomboy.FixedWidthAddin
I choose the service "Tomboy Web" after that, I can easily sync my
notes. :)
