This bug is not fixed in 0.1.6.4! My tomboy screenshot (see comment #2)
behaves exactly as it did before the update. It is extremely fuzzy.

It also looks terrible for a few programs that use a small packet
bouncing back and forth in the progress bar (see my updloaded
screenshot). I think this happens in Tomboy (pictured), software-centre
and synaptic for various tasks.
I am running an up to date version of Beta. It is not fixed yet.
