Well...
Actually the Speaker is set to 0% or -64dB after each boot.
I have even inserted 'alsactl restore' on /etc/rc.local and it doesn't
help.
I have to run it manually to get sound back.

It is definitely not an ALSA problem. Probably a pulseaudio problem.
