There's no way this will make Lucid, though I'm sure the debian
maintainers will make the upgrade to version 2 and it will get synced
into Lucid+1.

Is there a possibilty to include flightgear 2.0 in lucid in time?
Did someone of the Motu Games Team read this bug?
The longer this "bug" is unrecognised, the harder it will be to include the new
version.
Maybe there's a freeze exception necessary.

Yes. Please update to latest version, as well as the dependency
SimGear. This would be a very difficult build from source for even
fairly advanced users due to needing an installed recent version of
SimGear.

Yes I just checked the Beta and it still looks like 1.91 is the version
in the repos. I also request to please upgrade to 2.0 it is a lot
better and is very difficult to install in Ubuntu otherwise. The
performance of 2.0 is also better. Thanks
