Confirming, I now see them as "queued" in RB. Now if RB/U1 would ever
start to actually sync down the files, I'd be happy, but that's a

Throwing in my two cents, if WMA is considered deprecated, then perhaps
this should be changed to not present WMA files in the shop at all? It
might be the easier option, and doesn't require you to fix things which
don't need to work soon any more anyway.
This was pretty much just a first test of
Ellwyn: this bug is caused because purchased WMA files are explicitly
excluded from My Downloads. Can I ask you to re-file your problem as
another bug?

I just en-counted the same problem, when buying the album:-
